Rights

right to know the privacy policies and practices of this financial

& Savings Bank.

or someone who may have applied for any of this financial
institution's services and were declined.

information that is lawfully available to general public from

(TV, radio, newspapers) or any information that is required
to be disclosed by law (Federal, State or Local).

information about you that we collect in connection with providing
a financial product or service other than that described above.
Affiliate: Any company that is partially
or wholly controlled by us or a company that partially or
wholly controls us.
Nonaffiliated Third Party: Any person(s)
or corporate entity that is not an affiliate of this financial
institution.
Consumer Reporting Agency: An agency
or person who collects and evaluates consumer credit information
and reports it to third parties.
We collect nonpublic personal information about you from
the following sources:
- Information we receive from customers on applications
and other forms.
- Information about you that we receive from a consumer
reporting agency.
- Information we receive about you from transactions with
you, our affiliates, and others.
- Information about transactions with unaffiliated third
parties.
We do not disclose any nonpublic personal information about
you to anyone, except as permitted by law.
The Confidentiality, Security, and Integrity of Your Nonpublic
Personal Information
We restrict access to nonpublic personal information about
you to those employees who need to know that information to
provide products or services to you. We maintain physical,
electronic, and procedural safeguards that comply with federal
standards to guard your nonpublic personal information.
Nonpublic Personal Information and Former Customers
We do not disclose nonpublic personal information about former
customers as described above in this notification.
